Professional QA/QC from project setup to final close-out
Documentation is prepared as the works progress, so records are traceable, defensible and ready when the project closes out.
Our process
Ten stages of quality control
Each stage produces a record that can be traced back to the material, the equipment and the personnel involved.
- 01
Document control and project setup
Project registers, document numbering, revision control and agreed reporting formats established before mobilisation.
- 02
Material and roll traceability
Roll numbers, batch details and delivery records captured so every panel can be traced back to the material supplied.
- 03
Welder and equipment records
Personnel, machine identification numbers and calibration details recorded against the work performed.
- 04
Trial weld records
Trial welds recorded at the start of each shift and on machine or condition changes, with peel and shear results logged.
- 05
Panel deployment records
Panel numbers, placement dates, dimensions and deployment conditions captured as the liner is installed.
- 06
Seam and testing records
Wedge and extrusion seams logged with non-destructive testing results, including air pressure and vacuum testing.
- 07
Repair and retest records
Every repair numbered, located, described and retested, with the result recorded against the original defect.
- 08
Panel layout and as-built documentation
Panel layout drawings maintained through the works and issued as an as-built record at completion.
- 09
Daily QA reporting
Daily reports covering progress, personnel, weather, testing and any issues raised on site.
- 10
Final close-out dossier
A compiled QA dossier bringing together material records, logs, test results, repairs and as-built drawings.
